Creative Roots Art Studio offers private art gatherings for families, friends, churches, and small groups seeking a meaningful, creative experience together.
These gatherings are intentionally small, hosted experiences designed for connection, conversation, and creative rest. Rather than public classes or drop-in events, private art gatherings are customized by inquiry and shaped around the needs of each group.
Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, hosting a women’s group, gathering with family, or planning a special occasion, our private art gatherings provide a calm, welcoming space to create together without pressure or performance.

Gathering Options
We offer three experience tiers to support different types of gatherings:

Additionally, we will decorate the studio with the color scheme of your choice: earthy, rainbow, or neutral with a pop color.

Children’s Spring Art Camp
Join us for our children’s spring art camp. Our Creative Roots Art Studio team will be leading brand new classes where our students will learn valuable art skills and leave with a hand-made creation of their own to take home.
Christmas Festival at Boondock Farms
Join us out at Boondock Farms for a fun, family Christmas festival. Our Creative Roots Art Studio team will be there with some amazing hand-made art as well as information on new art classes being offered. We are so excited to go back and see all the wonderful people from our local community.
Creativity Without Limits!
Creativity Without Limits — A Partnership with Aiken Center for the Arts
Once a month, our team has the joy of co-teaching Creativity Without Limits, a special program at the Aiken Center for the Arts designed for children and teens with special needs. Each session is filled with laughter, imagination, and gentle encouragement as students explore self-expression through art.
Our goal is simple — to remind every child that creativity knows no limits and that they are deeply seen, valued, and capable of creating beauty. We believe that art is not just about making something lovely; it’s about discovering joy, confidence, and the spark of God’s creativity within us all.
Engagement Art Party!
Engagement Art Party
We’re celebrating love in the most creative way — with a special Engagement Art Party for one of our local couples! The ladies will be painting beautiful tote bags while the men capture peaceful landscapes on canvas — a fun and meaningful way to mark such a joyful season.
This event inspired us to open up custom Engagement Art Parties for others, too! Whether you’re celebrating an engagement, anniversary, or bridal shower, we can create an art experience that reflects your story.
Choose from our customizable packages:
🌸 Bud Package – $150 — Art party only (all supplies included)
🌸 Blossom Package – $250 — Art party + themed decorations (color options available)
🌸 Bouquet Package – $350 — Art party, décor, a marble slab cake, finger foods, and refreshments
Each party lasts about two hours and can be hosted in our cozy studio or at your location. It’s a beautiful way to connect, celebrate, and create memories that last long after the paint dries.

Join us for our Children’s Fall Art Camp. We will be creating fun fall-themed art pieces that kids will be able to take home. We can’t wait to see you there!
10th Annual Clearwater Vendor Fair
We would love to see you out at the 10th annual Clearwater vendor fair! We will be there with our unique handmade merchandise, information about our future art classes, and more.
Blessing Basket Live Raffle Event (Virtual)
Join us for our live virtual event on Facebook, where we will announce the winner of our August event, our Blessing Basket Raffle. We can’t wait to see who won!!!
Tomato Pie Festival
Creative Roots Art Studio will return to Boondock Farms on Saturday, July 12th from 10am to 2pm. We had so much fun reaching out to our local community and sharing our love of the arts last time. Discovery Art Camp!
Join us at Aiken Center for the Arts for their annual Discovery Art Camp where Ms. Lindsey has the privilege of being a guest instructor. Children ages 5-7 are welcome and classes are from 9am-12pm OR 1pm-4pm. Get ready for a week of exploring various mediums and styles! This camp is for children to discover all types of art forms and experience the joy of art making. 💕🌱🌸

Flow and Form Art Workshop
Come out and explore the world of water through art. Does your child love exploring the ocean, natural phenomena like rain, and unique ecosystems? This workshop is perfect for them. We are offering this unique summer camp experience for children ages 6-12 daily starting Monday, June 30th and ending Thursday, July 3rd.
Topics they will learn about:
Water cycle, water pollution, movement, conservation, and more!
Creative Roots Walk for Autism Charleston
Our Creative Roots Team members are avid supporters and advocates for children and adults with special needs. We cannot wait to show our support and join this year’s Walk for Autism in Charleston, South Carolina. We will be there with our families to enjoy the day, spread awareness, and join in the efforts to bring people from all walks of life together. If you see us, stop and say hi. We would love to chat with you about future workshops for children with special needs. We can include sensory play, motor skill practice, and more.
