Dear God,
Thank you for calling us to You. You give us purpose when we otherwise have none. You call us to be fishers of men. Let us fish not for our own profit or desires. Let us fish for You and Your purpose. Let us leave our nets right away, immediately, as the disciples did. Let us leave behind our old ways, our old ambitions, and follow You. We are constantly trying to mend nets that were never meant to catch anything. Help us to leave them behind without regret, knowing that what You have in store is so much greater than all the fish this world can give us. It is nothing compared to following You and leading others to follow You. We love You and praise You. Work through us and let us live for You.
In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen. 💕
